Landlord repairs: use your trade or ours, pay only when you use it

Bring your own plumber, electrician, handyman or contractor, or choose from our vetted local network. You approve every quote, so you stay in control of who does the work and what it costs.

Tenants report issues with photos at any hour. Each report is scored by urgency and category, so a routine drip waits for the morning while an active leak or a dead boiler flags as an emergency straight away. Quotes come in from your trade or ours with price, ETA and rating side by side. You approve in a tap and the job is locked to that trade until it is marked complete.

There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no percentage commission. You pay £5 only when the job completes and both sides have signed off. If extra work is found mid-job, the trade raises a variation quote with photo evidence, which you approve or decline — and it adds no extra platform fee.
