What the £5 covers
It covers the whole job from report to sign-off: urgency triage, matching to your trade or ours, the quote and approval flow, escrowed payment with dual sign-off, the compliance record and the audit trail. Extra work raised mid-job adds no further fee.
How the money moves
When you approve a quote you pay it into escrow. On completion the tradesperson marks the job done and the tenant confirms the fix. Funds then release to the tradesperson, less the £5 platform fee. Receipts and invoices are downloadable as PDFs by both sides.
