Tenants: report repairs and track the fix — free
Report it in 30 seconds
Snap a photo, add a short note and pick the access windows that actually work around your shifts. That is the whole report. Urgency is assessed automatically, so a leak at 2am is treated differently from a dripping tap.
We co-ordinate the visit
Live status shows reported, approved, trade assigned and ETA. You can see who is coming, their rating and when — and the tradesperson arrives briefed with your access notes, parking details and photos.
You confirm the fix
When the tradesperson marks the job done, you confirm it is actually fixed. Payment is only released after that, so nobody gets paid for a repair that did not work.
See your safety certificates
In-date Gas Safety, EICR and smoke and CO certificates for your home are visible in the app, and expiring ones are chased on your behalf. Not sure how quickly your landlord has to act? Read what counts as an emergency repair and the guide to landlord repair responsibilities.
The other two sides of the network
Your repair gets fixed because the other two sides are here too: landlords using their trade or ours and local trades picking up the job.
